3. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping and handling practices are governed by our Shipping Policy. Due to our international sourcing, items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels. Handling times range from 1 to 10 business days depending on the item.

4. Returns & Refunds

Your right to return items is governed by our Refund Policy. Eligible returns are subject to a 14-day window and a 7% restocking fee, as permitted by law, except in cases of damaged or defective goods.

International: These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Paris.

U.S. Residents: For customers residing in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes may be handled in the state or federal courts of New York County, NY.
