EU/Rest of World: These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms may be brought before the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. United States Residents: For customers whose primary residence is in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, or in your state’s small-claims court where permitted by law.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. In case of inconsistency between translations, the English version prevails.
